TERRELL HILLS

Terrell Hills, zip code 78209, is a densely populated suburban community with a population of 5,477 people. Inhabitants of Terrell Hills enjoy a safe, comfortable environment, and the majority of residents own their houses.

There are a number of schools in the region that rank in the top 30% of Texas schools for families with children. In addition, the area is served by five charter schools and six private schools.

According to Niche, the median home value in San Antonio’s Terrell Hills neighborhood is $520,168. While this is significantly over the national average, property prices in this neighborhood are justified due to the high-quality schools, as well as the area’s safety and comfort.

Terrell Hills is usually regarded as one of the safest neighborhoods in the San Antonio metropolitan area. It’s not uncommon to see folks walking their dogs, running, or riding their bikes in the park.

Alamo Heights is a San Antonio, Texas neighborhood with a population of nearly 4,000 people. It’s a charming cottage neighborhood next to the Broadway Cultural Corridor. North Central, a densely populated San Antonio area, is home to around 21,580 Texans. The Olmos Basin Golf Course is located here, and it is close to the San Antonio International Airport. It’s a terrific area for anyone looking to get a couple of rounds of golf in on a lazy Sunday morning, with plenty of parks and access to a golf course.

Blattman Elementary, Lopez Middle, and Bush Middle School are among the excellent schools available to children in the North Central neighborhood. All of them are highly regarded, have a wide range of subjects, and have excellent test scores.

Downtown is a short drive thanks to easy access to Highway 281, but there are a variety of neighborhood restaurants nearby, including Magnolia Pancake Haus, Meadow Neighborhood Eatery + Bar, and Alamo Café. For story hours or Wednesday night book clubs, Brook Hollow Library is frequently packed.

The median property value in San Antonio’s North Central area is $180,694, which is in line with the national average.

North Central San Antonio is the place to be if you want to live in an area with lots of outdoor activities and good schools.

Lavaca is a neighborhood with 1,811 residents. The Alamodome, Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center, and Yanaguana Garden at Hemisfair are all within walking distance of this fun and friendly neighborhood.

Students can attend 15 different schools in the area, including the Young Women’s Leadership Academy and Travis Early College High School, which are two of the area’s highest-rated institutions.

While residences in the neighborhood are more expensive than the national average, at around $346,712, the accessibility to so many exciting things to do makes it well worth it.

Everything you need is only a few feet away, so you won’t have to deal with traffic, petrol, or parking.

A variety of schools, ranging from primary to college level, are also located downtown. There are also institutions like the Henry Ford Academy Alameda School for Art Design, which is a college preparation school for kids in grades 9 through 12 who wish to get a strong arts education before starting college.
