North San Antonio Welcomes Two New Businesses and a Rebranded Drink Shop

North San Antonio’s business landscape continues to evolve with the grand opening of two new establishments and a significant rebranding in the beverage sector. New players on the block include Encore Bar and Grill and Angel Nails and Lashes, while the established soda shop, formerly known as Drank, has been renamed Sodamigo.

Encore Bar and Grill

The Redland Plaza shopping center unveiled its new dining hotspot, Encore Bar and Grill, with a soft opening in April. The full-service bar prides itself on offering a diverse menu featuring in-house prepared dishes, from appetisers such as bacon-wrapped shrimp and loaded potato skins to such main courses as pizza, wings, steak, seafood, and sandwiches. Guests can also enjoy tempting desserts alongside a wide range of craft cocktails. Furthermore, the bar livens up the dining experience with live music and daily food and drink specials.

Angel Nails and Lashes

Nestled in the Valley View shopping center near Castle Hills is the newly opened Angel Nails and Lashes. This beauty salon offers a wide variety of services, including manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, facial treatments, and waxing. As part of its launch month festivities extended until June, the salon is offering discounts: a 15% off on any service for a single patron and a 20% discount for customers accompanied by a friend or family member.

Sodamigo

January saw the grand re-opening of the popular soda hangout, previously known as Drank, near Johnson High School, under its new name- Sodamigo. This rebranded shop has revitalised its offerings by featuring a wide array of flavored sodas to choose from. Patrons can infuse their favourite soda brands with exciting flavors, including Dr. Pepper, Mountain Dew, Sprite, and Coca-Cola, to name a few. The shop also serves snacks and treats such as popcorn, cookies, and quesadillas, creating a perfect hangout spot for the community.

These new businesses and transformations have enabled North San Antonio to continue providing a rich array of services to residents and visitors alike, contributing to the area’s vibrant and progressive commercial scene.
